Our secret formula consists of eating a quarter of a whole fresh pineapple 2 days before your injectable appointment. The day before your injectable appointment eat half of a fresh pineapple. Before coming into your appointment, eat the remaining quarter of pineapple for breakfast!

Piña Colada Face Mask:
In a food processor, combine 4 Slices fresh pineapple with 2 tablespoons of pure coconut milk. Apply the smooth paste to clean, dry skin and let rest for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
