Micro needling is based on the use of tiny needles to create micro channels (tiny holes) in the skin. The process stimulates your skin’s natural ability to heal itself and in the process produces collagen and elastin.
This repair process begins almost immediately and results in a thicker dermis and softened wrinkles or scars.
The small channels in the epidermis close very quickly and the skin begins a healing response right away. Depending on the depth of the skin defect, you may see only redness or you may experience some pinpoint bleeding which stops almost immediately.
These superficial micro-channels also allow topical gels, creams and serums to be absorbed more effectively into the skin. Specific treatment products can be selected to achieve accelerated results. We’ll employ various topicals depending upon your needs
What areas can be treated?

Is Micro Needling new?
Micro needling has been used for decades in Europe in various forms, from blocked stamps to hand rollers to the new automated pens that make the process fast, consistent and for the most part, quite comfortable. Only in recent years have the public and physicians embraced the concept. (It’s almost as if something so simple couldn’t possibly work well, right?) But we’re discovering that this simple action of creating a tiny wound without heat or any other high technology works remarkably well.
What does microneedling feel like?
The high-speed motor causes the needle penetration to occur very quickly which means it will feel more like a sandpaper sensation than needles. Some patients describe it as similar as the feel of a cat’s tongue. Scar treatments require longer needles which invade “nerve space” and thus, produce more sensation.
How Is Microneedling different from Dermal Rollers?
Automated micro-needling devices move in a vertical direction for better precision when treating the skin. Manual needle rollers do not create a precise vertical action and many of these rollers are made from inferior metals which are not smooth and it is impossible to sterilize them at home.
The lack of precision and sterilization issues can contribute to inconsistent effects to the skin, plus the risk of infection when the skin is not antiseptically cleansed.
How Is Microneedling different from Lasers?
The pen breaks up pigment mechanically instead of with light and remodels the collagen without heat. Removing heat from the equation makes for a safer, more comfortable treatment with a very low complication rate.
No heat also equals less downtime! Most people are red for 24 hours or less. That advantage means you can get the procedure performed on a Friday and be back to normal for work on Monday.
Topical PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Therapy utilize microneedling to advance the healing of lasers and resurfacing treatments. PRP treatments are also used to boost the freshness of the skin and improve skin texture and tone.
In this case, the “knife” doesn’t cut your skin, it instead is held at an angle and safely, painlessly removes dead skin cells and the peach fuzz that shows up so annoyingly well in the sunlight.

Following dermaplaning, your skin is incredibly smooth. Makeup glides on, skin care products absorb better and you’ll find yourself appreciating your baby-smooth face.
Dermaplaning is a simple and safe procedure for exfoliating the epidermis and ridding the skin of fine vellus hair (peach fuzz).
Because dermaplaning is a quick procedure with few to no adverse effects, it has quickly gained popularity among cosmetic medical providers across the country. Using a blade and a delicate touch, we skim the surface of the skin using light feathering strokes. No pain, no cutting, no bleeding.
This is a great treatment for anyone wanting a deeper exfoliation. Pregnant or nursing moms are especially fond of dermaplaning because it exfoliates without the use of chemicals. It is also a first choice for people who have excess hair (peach fuzz) on the skin. Hair will NOT grow back heavier and darker after dermaplaning. It will grow back at the same rate and texture as before the treatment.

Just 1 Diamond Glow treatment can transform skin—but a series will deliver dramatic results. Orchard Med Spa offers a 6-week Diamond Glow series to speed clearing and rejuvenate, smooth, hydrate, and even skin tone.
Diamond Glow is powered by its patented handpiece, developed to deliver many precise skin benefits in one simultaneous action.
The pneumatic chamber at the handpiece tip creates closed-loop suction onto skin upon contact, instantly lifting skin for extraction and abrasion by a recessed exfoliating diamond tip. At the same time, pneumatic pressure infuses skin with ingredient-rich serums. This process is not sequential, but simultaneous, and is how Diamond Glow’s technology eliminates time-gaps between exfoliation and serum application for optimal skin receptivity and retention. By infusing the skin with serums at the moment of exfoliation, skin experiences maximum penetration of active ingredients at optimal skin depths, and enhanced serum absorption at a deeper level. Because of Diamond Glow's distinctive simultaneous technology, plumpness, volume, hydration, tone, and texture are optimized.
The key to the Diamond Glow technology lies in its line of specifically formulated, professional strength Pro-Infusion serums. Each serum is the product of advanced research in skin care science and is designed to address a specific skin condition. Treats head-to-toe.
Pro-Infusion serums targets specific skin concerns:
